Attempted to log in to the site to redownload the client, but the site says I'm using a new browser or IP address. I have all the account information, but I never receive the verification emails. I have allowed the addresses required, checked my spam folder, and followed all other recommendations I can find.
Has anyone had experience with this or if someone from ZOS can assist, I'd be very grateful. Account name is the same as this one, support ticket is 190219-001548.
