Seriously, very happy with the race changes and the implications for future patches. I've been playing since beta and WHAT a journey. Many of the early changes were just mind boggling and most of my friends left around the time stamina regen during blocking was removed and sap tanks were struck down. But the first spark of hope was during the trait overhaul which was the first set of really good changes imo. Gradually classes have become closer and closer in dps and ability to fulfill all roles with balance at an all time high currently. And though there have been some rough patches (frost staff tanking) the majority of changes since have been very positive and the race change has been by and far the best change I've seen in my time playing. As a Morrowind/Oblivion player I love the Imperial cost reduction reflecting their diplomacy the dark elf duality reflecting their spellsword nature, nords being tough and having a built in ulti rage and even the weird bosmer hunter flavor with dodge rolling and stealth detection. Its interesting and more importantly dps seems to be as even as its ever been between races. My bosmer werewolf looks forward to rolling through Cyrodill next week.

New racial passives are far better than what we have on live right now imo. At least for PvP I feel like I could make builds / use almost every race in the game. The only blatantly OP one imo is breton.

I would disagree. Sure, it depends on what race you are referring to, but looking at all of them (races), overall it is much worse:
- Some races are not good at anything now.
- Some races have been shoehorned into one specific type of content (PvE or PvP).
- Some races have been shoehorned into one specific role and they are BiS at it.
- Some races have been shoehorned into one specific role without even being good / BiS / close to BiS for that role.

The whole time I had an impression that racial rebalance goal was to make all races more or less vailable for all type of content, for all roles. Diversity was always mentioned. So you could still have options.
Meanwhile what this racial rebalance will do is it will simply "shift the meta" and make each race to have LESS options when it comes to vailable roles.

In what Tamriel is the Redguard race the 4th, 5th, or 6th best stamina race, behind Orc, Khajiit, and Bosmer? Makes no sense. On top of having better DPS than Redguards, Khajiit make better thieves. Where is the tradeoff?
