Still can't log in

For some reason I can't log in the game, I've tried everything, sent a ticket and did the asked steps again, nothing changes. I cannot connect in the game, always get the 200, 201, 301, errors. The announcement board shows "could not retrieve announcement" and shows after some time. It's like the internet is up and down all the time but is perfectly fine. Sometimes I get to character select, but keeps forever loading. This is the first time I have to send a ticket, since beta, someone can help me?

I'm having the same problem since yesterday. Opened a ticket and sent a game consultant report attached. I just hope they can find a solution for us -- in fact I wonder if there are more people with the same issue?

Yep, same issue, they told me to do everything again in the ticket and then the Game Consultant. Waiting for reply. Im pretty sure its something with related to NA server route with South America servers/internet providers. The issue for me and 2 other friends started only at day 15th

EDIT: Oops, i forgot you were from Canada, but in the old post there were 4 Brazilians (myself included) and i have 2 other Br friends with the issue. Also there was a guy from Guatemala

I'm also from Brazil (São Paulo) and can't login since yesterday, 15/02/18. Errors 108 and 200.

I found a Brazilian ESO Discord, lots of people with the same issue. It has affected everyone that has Net Virtua or Vivo as a internet provider. So yeah, it will have to be a VPN untill they sort this out.
