ESO support i need help.

Sorry for using the forum section this way but i have no choice.
I can't enter the eso support section because when i insert my password after selecting the "submit tiket" i get a message "Login failed".
Password is correct and i can use it to login in the normal forum section. Tried using different computers but with no avail.

✭IIRC, the passwords are not synched for the 3 different areas:- account.elderscrollsonline.com (includes help/support)
- forums.elderscrollsonline.com
- game access
You may want to reset your account.elderscrollsonline password: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/password_reset so you can request more assistance.1 -
