Orcs don't do "cute", they only do awesome!
Here's my guide to creating one.
Body:
Knock the Muscular back one towards thin, to smooth off without removing the underlying power. Torso up a bit for wider shoulders to support the maxed-out chest. Narrow waist (Orcs tend to look chubby if you don't) Hips larger, butt larger. Dial back the legs, as the last two probably gave her thunderthighs, which gets you this:
For the face, you're probably trying to make her more human-like, so that will require making her nose thinner and longer, and I move the eyes closer together to narrow the top, too. My preference is to go for a more triangular face, as most Orcs are rounded, or oval. That need to be compensated for with wider, but shorter chin. I also make the face stronger with a bit more Heroic, and bump up cheekbones.
That all gives her a large forehead, so chose a hairstyle that covers it.
Don't lose all that work, give her an outfit that shows it off.
That means tight breeches, Bosmer top, etc. This one has Redguard gloves, Dark Elf shoes, and Breton Pauldrons to emphasize her strength, without hiding anything.
