Magicka Cost Reduction Glyphs Not Working Properly

I believe this is an actual bug, not tooltip error.

With no armor and no passives affecting skill cost, my base Whip tooltip costs 2431.

With 1 cost reduction glyph (gold, says 203), Whip tooltip is reduced only to 2409 (reduction of 22).

I believe this is just a bug, but both UI and skill cost are affected.

    Update: After checking again on the PTS it appears that this issue has resolved itself.

    I have not been able to reproduce the issue no matter what I try.
    mDK will rise again.
    Rebuild Necromancer pet AI.
