    The spoiler is about reworking the potion related effect instead of tweaking the value because of PvP.

    The outcome becoming tied to how much potion cooldown remained when the fight starts.
    My only idea to solve these two flaws would be to spread the restored amount over the duration of the cooldown.
    Either as a flat amount or as a bonus to recovery.

    Version 1
    Restore ~80 Health, Stamina, and Magicka per second while potions are on cooldown.

    Version 2
    Increase Health, Stamina, and Magicka Recovery by ~85 while potions are on cooldown.

    Here's an alternative idea to just a straight up damage boost (and obviously the healing done% boost):
    Power of the Hist: Deal X% extra healing/damage to targets under Y% health.

    So like a racial execute for both healing and damage dealing. X=100 and Y=20, maybe?
    Or could be reverse execute, aka you heal/damage better above a certain treshold.

    Obviously would need to be theorycrafted for balance so it's not OP or UP but I think it could be something vastly more interesting, useful and widely applicable than Life Mender.

    Tho it's probably too late to throw in new ideas like this cause even if ZoS cared to take new ideas there probably not enough time to take it through testing.

    1) +1000 stamina, +Poison resist / immune to poison status effects

    2) +300 spell/weapon power for healing abilities, +1000 magicka

    3) +50% boost to stats from drinks.

    Would be difficult to assess.And could lead to conflict between DPS and their Healer.
    Making it the opposite could be more friendly.
    Exemple :
    +100 Spell or Weapon Damage, based on your higher ressource, while your health is above 90%

    #1 Already given to Bosmer and ZOS don't want overlapping on such bonuses
    #2 Can Argonians not be locked into only being healers ?
    #3 Nords already have a drink bonus, so same thing as #1

    Also, I would like to keep the Argonian racials tied to alchemy if possible as it gives flavor to the race.

    When I think of a race that is tied to drinking potions, I think of Khajit not argonians. I also wouldnt be overlapping bosmer racials, they would have disease resist as it makes a lot more sense to swap them.

    I would be fine with untying argonians from healing bonuses but I assumed players liked that and either way I think a flat bonus would be better than a %.


    It makes sense that nords would get a bonus from drinks so fair enough.

    It's Argonians who are famous to resist illnesses.
    Black Marsh is famous for hosting several disease that will rot any non-Argonian if given enough time.
    In ESO recent history, it's the Knahaten Flu that spread out of Black Marsh and killed many people (think of it like the black plague), but Argonian where immune to it.
    Even if in the lore, Argonian are indeed resistant to poison, disease come first.

    As for Khajiit and alchemy, well what they're famous for do not help fighting better, quite the contrary.
    Sheogorath is the "Skooma cat" in their pantheon.
