  • Spell Recharge: Restore 255 Magicka or Stamina, whichever maximum is higher, and an additional 525 Magicka or Stamina, whichever maximum is lower, after activating a Class Ability. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds. Reduces damage taken by 5% while you are using an ability with a cast or channel time.

Inverted Luminous Shards! That is, if you are a Magicka High Elf, you will restore 255 Magicka and 525 Stamina.

    125 magicka back every 6 seconds is an insult. That's the equivalent of 20 magicka recovery (in an ideal scenario).

    The best solution, if ZOS wants to play this game, is to make the passive recover your lowest CURRENT resource rather than your lowest max resource. Even that sucks, but it's more useful than what we got (and it needs to stay at 645 to be even remotely useful).

    But ideally, they should just revert the nerfs because Altmer was not overperforming.

    I agree, make it like warden's nature's gift passive and base the regen off of your % resource

    That isn't useful either. 325 is just 54 mag recovery (again, in an ideal setting). It's so minuscule it adds nothing (that's 27 magicka back every second). We had 192 recovery before the nerf, which actually helped out a bit with sustain (that was almost 100 mag back every second).

    This is something I find useful.

    Based on a "missing" percentage then I guess? Instead of always restoring your lowest stat overall it should restore the lowest stat at the moment which then could be Magicka, Health or Stamina.
