Powerful assault to 12 people

Well, this set becomes more and more popular, why not make it more profitable for trials and as overall better group utility set?

Well, I thought a little and think that it will be probably applied to random people if vigor is re-casted each 5 seconds.. and then i found this vid:

So if group is dynamically moving, then different people may get this bonus, but it is also based on max stam pool, so in group with ton of mages (like always lol) 1 of the bonuses will be always on tank and only 3 others will receive it. So imo set should be slightly buffed to match with SPC. As for now imo tank sacrifices his survivability to use PA while healer sacrifices nothing to use SPC or olorime, and still PA is weaker, this is wrong.

would make it actually a good set, atm it is to random to use it effectively on a raid Group (atleast in pvp), but same in pve from what i have heard...

Well, SPC and olorime provide Major courage, so it will stack with PA if this will be "minor courage".

Minor courage is not in game.
Major courage is buff granted by SPC & Olorime.

Back to the topic:
How do the pets interact with this set? They are friendly targets afterall and I think they can get the buff instead of the players.

First fix would be to change it for players only. Then, if they're willing to, increase the player count to 6 or more.

Minor Courage is not named, but that's what the buff from Powerful Assault would be if it had a name. It's just a clerical oversight because the set is so uncommon that it wasn't important enough to get on their radar to fix it.

But people are starting to use it more now. I use it on my Warden stam healer. The "druid" type healer is a fun alternative to the cookie-cutter "priest" type. Currently I use it in 4-man dungeons only, but I'd love to see this set apply to 12 people so it could be used alongside Olorime in trials.

Well, this set is really popular and in huge demand, looks at prices for weapons. Yesterday there were only 1 ice staff for 500k. Thanks ZOS i got that staff from second telvar loot box.
I'm gathering medium armor build for nord, alkosh+PA+bloodspawn looks as promising combo.
