Isn't every endgame player a vamp already except the two people who play bloodmoon werewolves? Three, including myself. They should really just give everyone the bonus 10 percent as a baseline at this point and replace supernatural recovery with something else.
And bring back some actual downsides to being one. Basically: Make vampire something that bring active gameplay like werewolf do instead of passives.

Vampire I am gaining a bunch of passive bonuses for basically nothing. The vampire shrine is practically your first stop after leaving Coldharbor and then its never thought of again.

Yeah I agree. There is too much vamp love. I almost feel like I HAVE to be a vamp because why not? Free 10% sustain for nothing. With PTS breton its gonna be even better now too.
