Game Consultant report, what can I do with it?

Im a little ignorant here so please bear with me. I found and ran Game Consultant and have a huge report with my PC info. Im hoping that there are speicific things to look for in here that might tell me "hey this could be optimized", or perhaps I could send to Zos to review and make sure everything is up to par?
