is there other dlc with ELSWEYR collectors upgrade?

so im looking at the $80 collectors edition and the upgrade collectors addition the $80 says you get 3 dlc but when i go to the upgraded collectors edition it doesn't say anything about getting the other dlc.
does anyone know if you do get it or not?
