lost mail?

I sent items to a friend but didn't put an '@' before his username. Is that mail now lost? My friend never got it and there was no return mail.

If there is a character in the game with the same name as your friends account name, then you have to wait up to 30 days for that email to bounce back. If that account that has that character name never logs in that is.

Now, if that name does not exist on another account, you should get it back soon, try a reblog on the game.

Thanks. I don't know if there's a character with the same username as my friend. It's been hours since I sent the mail and still no return mail. Guess all we can do is wait.

You might try opening a ticket. Just reply to the first response or two until you get a human answering.
