We all have our opinions. Zos has theirs (which we are all well versed in). Zos seems to want to keep a flavor for each race in both actions and their statements.
In the end it does seem we have changes that make many races very versatile and their passive have less of an impact which works better for players that share your opinion.

Increases Experience gain in Destruction Staff Skill Line by 15%, extra 1% Generic Experience gain → No changes
Spellcharge: 9% Magicka Recovery → Spell Recharge: Restore 575 Magicka or Stamina, based on whichever is higher, after activating a Class Ability. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds. Reduces damage taken by 5% while you are using an ability with a cast or channel time.
Gift of Magnus: 10% Max Magicka → Syrabane’s Boon: Increases your Max Magicka by 2000.
Elemental Talent: 4% Fire/Shock/Ice damage → Increases your Spell Damage by 258.

Yep. Argonians got pretty much steamrolled. They went from being good tanks and ok-ish healers to mediocre (at best) tanks and kinda "bad" healers.Was any race nerfed? oO

^ At least for now. We dont know if those are final changes as they said there will be some racial balance adjustments next week on PTS.

Well, making some calc here, 575 mag restore AFTER activating an ability every 6 sec is less than the flat 9% (based on my char numbers)
2k mag is less than the 10% flat bonus my char have right now.
Isnt it a nerf? oO

Every race received a power reduction that was one of the intentions of this update (One of the many costs we pay for Champion Points.). You can only judge races compared to each other after the patch.

I looked at the PTS patch notes and for the most part I like what I'm seeing. But, I really think racials need to be completely non-combat related if they exist at all.
Aside from class lines, racial passives are the only skills that can't be changed after character creation, but they're tied directly to the cosmetic look of the character.
Just my opinion, but I don't think players should have to sacrifice their cosmetic tastes for the purposes of min/maxing their characters. Racials should be for RP only and anything that could potentially impact combat effectiveness should be removed.

Competition outside of pvp in a team game like an MMO? LOL you should be COOPERATING with other players bud. not competing with em. go play some Call of duty perhaps?
