Coming from a PvP player...
Movement in PVP is absolutely terrible. With all due respect, it's pathetic how neglected this issue is. What good is even playing in PVP if you're constantly perma-rooted/immobilized? The heck with Sheogorath and his weapon, FIX THIS FIRST! AND NO, THE ANSWER SHOULD NOT COME FROM A SET BONUS (like curse eater) OR A SKILL. You guys and gals need to fix the mechanics of how this works. I mean come on, it's like this is turning into a turn based game, it's sad.
Frost wardens are absolutely ridiculous. They are so overpowered as is, and now with these patch notes that is going to get increased incredibly. There is no point in PVPing any other class based off these patch notes. It's quickly becoming a pay-to-win class. The heck with Sheogorath and his weapon, FIX THIS FIRST!
Curse eater, as someone who mains a Templar PVP healer, I absolutely love this. Unfortunately, the truth is it is way too strong. I want to see this stay, but to balance, Id increase the cool down considerably. 20 or something like that.
Everything else looks awesome, keep it up!
Side notes:
Two Hand NEEDS some love! Cleave and Uppercut in particular, are buggy as crap in PVP. Connecting with either ability is more of a crap shoot than anything.
One Hand enchant nerf from this patch unintentionally nerfs the snot out of One Hand and Sheild.
