5 regen over 10 seconds upon taking damage only.
In a 10 minute fight, you're looking at ~300 ultimate IF you proc this on CD. Realistically, this can only happen in PvP when you're being bombarded by several people at once but you sure aren't going to survive long enough at that point for it to matter and since PvP is usually where short encounter are much more common outside of keep sieges, the benefit is meh at best. In PvE, since almost every mechanic is a 1 shot nowadays you're actively avoiding taking damage as much as possible, on top of bosses moving away, randomly targeting someone else, etc. that keeping it on CD in PvE doesn't sound realistic.

One poster pointed out something I think was a good observation.

This is the only support passive that actually can make you a better tank and not just make it easier to do the job of tank.

It's true.

But that being said, I don't think it is OP. It's useful and can offer them some benefit if they go 'off meta' into dps, which is good.

Since it is only 5 ult every 10 seconds, it also synergizes poorly with the decisive trait.

Not only is it not over the top op but it's crap as well. Tried it on PTS with a Nord DK tank. Was pretty underwhelming.

Some one said it’s close to minor heroism. So yea it’s good but not over the top. You can use a poison pot and it’s having the same passive as nb drinking pots if you think about that.
So pretty much nb nord going get 40 ulti from one pot. Sure powerful but it makes them unquie compared to being an argonian with pots which gives out resources.
