Could Infused jewelry be better than Arcane now?
Smaller Magicka pools would push SD jewelry ahead right?

    Magicka and spell damage, both do the same thing. +-10,5 magicka will increase your damage the same as if you got 1 spell damage. It's not small magicka pool what will cause difference. The lose of % magicka amplifier is. And the second thing is buffed minor sorcery which is now 10% instead of 5%.

    And yes, infused now should be better than arcane. But the difference will be very very small.

    Depends. Shields still rely on Max Magicka not on spell damage. So any build that utilizes shields still cannot move away from Arcane.

    Goes on HP now.
    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.
