Can't log into PTS

I have tried to log into the PTS for the past 2 days, I get pass the char screen and it shows me logging into Eastmarch.
I have made a new char and tried to log in with a premade templet toon and also one of the toons copied over

anyone getting hung up when trying to log into Eastmarch?

started to go down my char list and finally got one to log into the game
game locks up if I try logging into any char in the Eastmarch zone, so the premade templet char cant log in


Seems I can't log into any char's in the Murkmire Zone, Grand Topal Hideaway and Cyrodiil area
only zone I have gotten into was Grahtwood, had 1 char loged there

Think I found the issue, my addons out of date tab was not unchecked. once I turned it off that I was able to log in

but it is odd that my toon in Gratwood had no issues logging in with it checked
