Updated Cyrodiil Sets; Where are they?

Been looking through the bags for the updates sets like Deadly Strike, Buffer of the Swift, Curse Eater but cant find them

Can someone give me a pointer so I can actually test them >.<

You can buy them in Cyro in the towns using AP. Not able to get on PTS to check if the put them in a coffer.

Curse Eater and Swift in Cropsford

Deadly Strike, Alessian Order and Beckoning Steel in Vlastarus

Sentry in Bruma.

Yea, there are no boxes on the template characters with them. Need to get to the vendor.
