Bow increases Max Magic??

Why does my Khajiit Nightblade when swapping from dual Spriggans daggers to my Spriggans Bow (Nirhoned trait and enchanted with Poison) increase my Max Magicka by 1037 ???

You probably found a bug. On live I sometimes see my ice heart light shoulders give me 100% crit and apparently its not a UI bug. Never got to the bottom of that one since it doesn't happen all the time, but maybe you can find the bug!

No Siphoning Skills on that bar. And it does not happen on Live (same character with all skills and passive the same) could not see a reason for it in the PTS patch notes.

Any Mage's Guild skills? Those can provide max magicka passively.
