Tanks are being nerfed again

    @Liofa mentioned on the Tanking Class Rep discord that he had done some tests and that Endless Hail gives better up time for Crusher. As well it appears that its easier to keep on the intended target as the Enchantment will proc on the target closes to the center, though that information was mentioned by somebody else. So anyone going Bow back bar Tank?

    Depends on how my stamina management is going to be next patch, but ye, will defendly try it.

    @Narvuntien my +9% health is currently giving me 3.1k more health. After patch that turns into 1k, how is that better?

    Well, if ZOS is going to go this route for 1H weapons then it should go full Monty for 1H weapons. Not just this one change.

    What I mean is it cost the same to make a 1H as it does a 2H both in materials and in enchant cost. The cost of 1H weapons should be half of that of a 2H weapon AND if you are dual wielding the off hand weapon should proc when the main hand weapon procs so we get full value from enchants on both 1H weapons.

    This change from ZOS needs to be a lot more than cutting the enchant value in half.

    I agree. I was thinking the same thing when they allowed 2Hs to count as two pieces for purposes of set bonuses. I was also thinking that drop rates should be adjusted. With 2Hs being twice as powerful and counting as two pieces for set bonus, they should be twice as rare. Alternatively, instead of swords and shields dropping as separate pieces, they should drop together, as a set. After all, 2Hs don't drop in halves!

    Really? The different types of attacks in this game really confuse me. So endless hail and wall of elements proc enchants but caltrops wont? What the hell is the difference? One is considered a ground dot?

    Caltrops is not a weapon ability, blockade is.

    I can see their point with nerfing enchants for dual weld (though I don't agree), but sword and board? A board is considered gear, not a weapon. That's just dumb. I really hope they back off the nerf zeal and rethink this.

    i have a question about dual wield, what if u're using both weapons infused with crusher glyph, should it proc on a full power? if it's so then i'll prefer dual wield with blade cloak skill, which lasts longer and give u 25% less damage from aoe

    I think many tanks still use a back bar destro to proc crusher with blockade because the DoT results in much higher uptime than what is achieved with light/heavy attacks. It won't be a significant reduction in uptime.

    Sorc tanks are also being nerfed indirectly via the argonian resourceful passive as well. Annoying to be on the end of nerf after nerf for both dps and tanking.

    I'm pretty much compelled to replace Atronach with Lord mundus stone plus take stat points away from stamina/magicka just to make up for the missing hit points. Being a mediocre player, sustain is a perennial issue even when running with Argonian.
