This will be best for healers, but will see a lot of usage elsewhere. I except that in pvp this set will be a highlight of people randomly meeting in battlegrounds. It will also have a lot of usage in pve content especially for non Templar healers. Even templar healers might find this useful for content that some groups struggle on like halls of fabrication and some other things. This set will defiantly join the list of popular sets for healers, as such would buy now.

5 – When you heal yourself or an ally, remove two negative effects from them. If a negative effect was removed this way, your target restores 150 Magicka. This effect can occur every 2 seconds.

Symphony of Blades (Monster Mask)
1 – Adds 2% Healing Done
2 – When you heal an ally whose primary resource is under 50%, grant them Meridia’s Favor, restoring 2325 of that resource every 1 second for 6 seconds. 18 second cooldown.

* The question is it per ally cooldown like stendarr or just 1 ally per cooldown?

meh last one is more a tank thing, but so could be used by a healer if they wanted.

    I like Curse Eater its could be useful in many places, but numbers clearly go wrong way, longer CD per target but bigger Magicka return can tune up this set, but currently it's too powerful in compare to other purge sets and even skills!

    Beckoning Steel, depends on aura range, tooltip does not say how large it will be, if it stays same 5 meters radius its wont help much.

    You also should take look on Sentinel of Rkugamz rework, its seems become useful I really want to test it on PTS

    The pet will no longer attempt to follow the target that it’s trying to heal.
    The pet can no longer be targeted, and as such cannot be pushed around from enemy attacks anymore.

    Adding other healer stuff here

    Abilities that provide Major Buffs that are not associated with healing or damage will now apply to a maximum of 12 targets. Below are the following abilities affected by this change:
    Frost Cloak & morphs now affect 12 targets instead of 6
    Molten Weapons & morphs now affect 12 targets instead of 6
    Rapid Maneuvers & morphs now affect 12 targets instead of 2
    Warhorn & morphs now affect 12 targets instead of 24

    Fixed an issue where multiple sets were not prioritizing the most injured targets in their respective conditions. The following sets now prioritize players who are the most injured, rather than players closest to the center or caster of the ability:
    Almalexia’s Mercy
    Draugr’s Rest
    Nightflame

    This could be interesting or very least is nice.

    Inner Fire: The Synergy granted from this ability and its morphs now have a minimum range of 12 meters to activate, instead of 18 meters. (Rejoice, as you no longer need to sprint back and forth from varying ranges like an Olympian to activate these bonuses!)

    Fixed an issue where this ability and its morphs did not properly benefit from the Magicka Aid passive of this skill line.
    Fixed an issue where these abilities would not trigger requirements for “when purging an ally”. You are totally purging your allies.

    Disagree it is TOO powerful but of course needs tweaking. I would argue though that those other sets are too weak. They are underused and underperforming.
