    Ordinarily, connectivity issues are not caused by a bug in the game software, per se.

    (1) If this problem occurred after you began playing TESO, and subsequently chose to pay for a monthly ESO Plus subscription, then:

    Please please report this issue in the section of the forum for account issues and other non-technical assistance: Customer Support - General
    • Be sure to include the platform and megaserver on which you play TESO, for example, PC NA.
    • Please disclose whether you run the game client by using Launcher, or by using a desktop shortcut for the game client (eso64.exe).

    (2) If you have not played the game at all yet, then please report this error in the Customer Support section of this forum for the platform on which you play TESO. Note: also disclose whether you attempt to connect to the NA megaserver or to the EU megaserver, and whether you run Launcher to start the game:
