My Account cannot Trade or Send Mails WTF ?!?!

    I am a GM and I used Shissu to send mail to only 30 members and I got banned for it. I have played the game from the beginning and have be banned twice before but it was very different then. The first time I had sent around 500 mails to members and sent in a ticket and it was resolved within two days. The second time I was banned, I had mailed to all members of the guild and it resolved itself by morning without even sending in a ticket.

    This time it was only to 30 members and does not seem like it would warrant being banned, but that is not as important as the fact that it has been almost two weeks and my account is still NOT fixed. Am I missing some rules about mailing? I am not aware that I did anything wrong. I got one response that said "Don't hit any keys repeatedly" and I was told that my issue was being turned over to the development team and if they did not hear from me within so many hours that they would consider it resolved. So, I have been adding a note to that ticket almost everyday so that it will not be considered resolved.

    I have pretty much missed out on the Witches Festival because I cannot play the game with my inventory, storage and bank full after deconstructing as much as I could. I am holding prizes for members that I cannot mail or trade with them. It is a bad situation not just for me but it is affecting members of the guild as well. I need some HELP, please.

    The same thing happened to me as well and I'm also a Guild Leader. I don't even message all the time, it was my first time in weeks. I wouldn't have to use an add-on to send guild mail if there were better tools for Guild Leaders. The worst part of this is the lack of communication. No warning, no explanation, no response in tech support. I also add a message to my ticket since it says they'll assume it was resolved if they don't hear from me after 4 days. They want to hear from us before 4 days but they can just ignore us indefinitely. I have a paid account as well. They seem to have no regard for keeping this game alive. I was patient in the beginning and even defended ESO tech support lol but now I understand all the badmouthing.

    edit: I was eventually helped. I had used an add-on, GodSend, since I'm guild leader and needed to message my guild. I didn't use it often. It had been over a week since the last time. The tech support person that helped me suggested I adjust the time between messages going out. I had used this a few times before with no problem. It had been suggested by a fellow player, that with server lag, the messages piled up and sent all at once triggering a social ban automatically. I'm very grateful for being helped, just not sure why it took a week and having to communicate outside of the tech support ticket. Also not sure why I wasn't given any communication, such as an auto-email, to let me know that a social ban even occurred and why.
