unlikely. that usualy causes harassment reports which give a temporary or perma ban, depending on your choise of words and amount of reported instances.
if a lot of ppl would report u for spamming, that could trigger a social ban.

Sounds like a hormonally imbalanced 13 year old, tells people to "grow up" ...Lets get this right! you want there to be bans because of what someone types on a computer screen when there is a fully functioning ignore button right there???alanmatillab16_ESO wrote: »
That attitude is what is wrong with the world pal! This censoring protective culture where people moan because they are offended at something is weak! Grow up!

This. Same thing happened to the ESO youtuber Shimmer when she tried to prank a friend by mailing ~100 Ta runes individually

I am a GM and I used Shissu to send mail to only 30 members and I got banned for it. I have played the game from the beginning and have be banned twice before but it was very different then. The first time I had sent around 500 mails to members and sent in a ticket and it was resolved within two days. The second time I was banned, I had mailed to all members of the guild and it resolved itself by morning without even sending in a ticket.

And if they were reversed because they were mistakes, why treat the third social ban as though the first two had been properly imposed?
