If I had to guess, I'd say the icon on the top right is the new Class icon for Necromancers and that the icon to its left, as well as the two on the bottom left, are supposed to represent the three skill lines coming for Necromancers.

This sounds plausible but do skill lines have unique icons?
I found an in-game example of the icon on the top row, second from the right.
It's used as a warding sigil. This pic was taken in Southpoint during The Grip of Madness quest.
