Venture to the land of the Khajiit in The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr, our newest chapter, an epic story in an all-new zone. Face dread creatures from the past—Dragons!—and discover the dark skills of a new character class, the Necromancer, as you join with new friends and old enemies to save Elsweyr from war and devastation.
ESO reaches new heights of storytelling with a war against the Dragons that unfolds and builds over four quarterly releases to an unexpected climax.
^ It's in the files

Obviously it is from the game files but I meant how datamined all of that and if there's a comprehensive datamining blog or forum post elsewhere.Venture to the land of the Khajiit in The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr, our newest chapter, an epic story in an all-new zone. @Radinyn This is in the game files too? How wasn't this datamined earlier then?

If they add necromancy but not spell crafting I'm going to puke.

It's the very opposite of spellcrafting to me. I don't even like the classes we have now, they basically all play the same. Why would I want another one, especially one that is nearly indistinguishable from the Sorcerer we already have?
And why would I want to abandon all my chars to level another one? Why can't we have more skills and skill lines for the characters we have been playing for years instead, to play them in new and interesting ways?
Besides, I'm at character limit, I couldn't even create another one even if I wanted to.

Honestly, I wouldn't kill all hopes for Spellcrafting yet (saying this since 2015 so...).
I think if we'll ever get Spellcrafting it must be a base game update available for everyone and not just for Chapter or DLC buyers. That's why a Chapter exclusive class makes more sense than Spellcrafting.
Sorcs could be the Daedric part, Necros the Undead part in ESO.

Well those people are wrong!
Nah, spellcrafting is finished. As you said, it's harder to monetize, and necromancy would have been a major part of the conjuration school.Seraphayel wrote: »It's the very opposite of spellcrafting to me. I could imagine something like one more slot for both bars for created useful skill (something with utility, not about damage). But even here I see a lot of complaints about how OP SC is and future nerfs.

So there's dragon fights, but assuming that the crown store icon is referencing them then I'd guess that they aren't necessarily dungeon/trial bosses or simple world bosses. Maybe they'll be more like large-scale event world bosses that some people have been asking for.
