    Refund now
    Refund. IMMEDIATELY.

They won't fix it. They never do.

I have at least 2 costumes that have similar glitches with a combined value of 4000 crowns. I wish I had refunded.

It's as if they don't even test the things they make.

Refund it, I'm still waiting for them to fix that some major/minor adorments that came from the store/crates disapear when you use the hide helmet option..

Give them a chance to fix it
Yeah, it's glitching really badly on my char, too. :/

They do seem to have fixed the Argonian costume, where the outside of the tops of the thighs were sliced off, though.

So, hopefully, they will fix this, too.

Also, disappointed that you can't dye the metalwork, or the jewels - meaning you can't dye the Coronet, at all.

Was kind of shocked to discover this...

I can make the bright pink work, fortunately; but, it's far from ideal.

With most other costumes and hats there might be one thing you can't change (like metalwork, or a trim), but you can normally change gem colour.

On the plus side, it does work well with the Barbaric Hairstyle.

Thanks for the report on this. We do have some fixes already scheduled for Update 21, but are continuing to work on additional fixes that will help.

Everyday 5 + new threads about Cyrodiil Performance and lag. No fix or respond.

Some costume in crown store has a glitch, instant respond.

Really like where this is going.

This is why sub-based games are better.

You're left with no grey areas (or loopholes) about who did, or didn't, pay for what.

In a sub game, everyone paid for the game (and xpcs, dlcs etc.) and everyone is paying for ongoing (and fully functioning) access to the servers.

As a paid-for product, the games company has a legal responsibility to ensure that everything about that product is as advertised and "fit for purpose".

They may still have a moral (or even legal, to an extent) responsibility to do that, if not everyone pays for everything; but, it makes the whole thing a lot more confused.

Even if you sub, you are technically only paying for a craft bag and various other small perks, these days.

You are not, technically, paying for access to the servers...

As no one can say they want a refund on something no one is, technically, paying for; beyond a very basic level of service (to keep people playing and/or paying), where is the real motivation to keep things running really smoothly?

Whereas, they have to make sure items that people may have paid real money for are "fit for purpose".

    Like the Crown Store items.
