Server Disconnection

I'm an Oceanic player playing on the NA server. I keep getting random disconnections for no apparent reason considering my internet connection is both stable and fast enough to handle the game. I've done research of my own and other people have been having this issue for years now with no response. It's a stretch, but is there anything I can do to at least lower the chance of disconnecting mid quest and ending up dying only to have to use yet another soul gem?
