Anytime I decide to open an ouroboros crown crate. Seeing these folks running around with their red n' black cats and I'm just sitting here with handful of gems from deconstructing 50% xp scrolls and survivor elixirs.

I.... haven't had anything unlucky. In fact.... I'm so far ahead on the drops, crates, etc. in this game since June that ZOS is never going to catch up.

Had a browser issue and my sub renewed 9 times. I was furious, but ZoS and my bank both advised me how to get it resolved and, although it took like a week, it was handled and handled well.

A mix of luckiest and unluckiest moments

An old guild of mine did trial runs pretty often, and one of these runs ended up on a day where the servers decided to die right in the middle of the final boss fight, so all but three people in our party had a complete game crash (those three kept it from resetting thank god). Me and five others made it back into game, upon which we saw that because of aforementioned server death, the servers were going down for maintenance in five minutes.

No one else was able to get back in, so the six of us, one tank (thank hell), one healer (also thank hell), and four dps had to take on the Serpent by ourselves in five minutes. We literally got our loot three seconds before the servers shut down, and let me tell you, there's nothing more stressful than seeing "The servers go down in one minute." while you're fighting a trial boss.

When I got on and realized my flames of oblivion (emphasis on flames I.e plural) became a single target mage light that dealt damage.
Lost an important AoE and consistent pressure builder that utilized my passives.

The one time I nearly beat VMA... damn bad luck aoe dots that combine with a stun at the last second.

Recently? When I wore all the clannfears & bosses at a dolmen. Got wrecked well & truly because my character could not get off the ground. For whatever reason the monsters ignored all the other players

When I first bought the game, I had an issue with my browser and accidentally bought it six times. Customer support was great though and I got the issue sorted out quick and got a refund.

My most recent bad luck? Trying to get a Sanctuary lightning staff. Months later, I can now recite all the diologue in the Banished Cells from memory and still don’t have the staff. I’ll get it one day.

eaither that or the fact it took me over 150 new life boxes to get one charity writ [i would buy them but apparently they sell out despite pming the seller within 1 second of them posting their message

when I opened a New Life box which had a charity writ in it but then some kind of LUA error popup came up and after closing that I didn't have the writ or the box anymore.

During the undaunted event, right in the middle of the final boss of the first dungeon of the day, the computer screen went black. I could not see where I was.
It was in the blessed crucible, where the boss is surrounded by lava and I died in the lava. Then, the game crashed.
When I came back, I was no longer in a group, I was at the beginning of the dungeon and I did not have time to reach the end of the dungeon before being ejected by the timer.
I lost the 3 tickets of that day because I could not loot the final boss.
