Antitoxic PvP guild

I want to make a PvP guild which Main purpose is to purify toxic behaviour in PvP.

Example: inexperienced pvper gets killed in cyro, and tbagged. He contacts the guild and puts a bounty on mr tbags head. We find him in cyro, kill him a few times with a tbag or 10, and tells him why we did so, when we are finished killing him.

Example 2: Pve player gets ganked in ic and tbagged, puts a bounty on mr tbags head, We go there and kill him a few times until we get the same amount TV back, with a few tbags ofc, and tell him why we did what we did.

Example3: pvp guy goes to BGs, gets killed from premades, then hes team tells him lots of BS about how bad he is, noob, he should go delete whatever. We get a contact on him and take him out a few times aswell telling him how bad he is(without tbags) and ofc, tell him after why we did so.

What do You think?

I want to get my friends back in the game, Friends that found it especially offensive getting tbagged due to RL stuff similar to this. And more nicer ppl in PvP in general so we can get Even More New PvPers in there

So in other words a mercenary guild. I don't know that it will change anything, and if people are that mad they want to hire a guild over a teabag, I don't even know what to say about that.

That sounds like one of the worst ways to try to address the issue. You want to stop abuse with more abuse? That's like getting a bunch of people together to stop crime by creating an organized crime racket. Not a great approach!

hmm... the robin hood of teabagging. Here's my thougts

Nobody without a toxic streak inside them will be any good at doing what you want to do. The people without any toxic streak at all won't want your assistance. They'll just leave eso pvp if they are that offended. At that point, I only see your desire to teabag searching for justification. That's group teabagging none the less. So maybe you'd be better off in an erp guild. Just a thought.

Stop taking the game so seriously, and encourage others to do the same. If others engage in immature behavior, let them. Going on witch hunts harassing other players for their behavior doesn't make the game less toxic, it makes it more toxic. Especially since harassing a player like that is a reportable offense that could get you, and those who are participating in it, an official warning or suspension. A heads up from the ToS:

1. friends
2. guild groups that die to my suicide bomb. if there is a random guy in the middle of them, who cares
3. premades in nonvet bgs after i killed them or after they failed to kill me for 5min

Basically promotes bad behavior.

The fun part for some would be setup the new guild with a fake request. Wipe them then tbag the new guild. While not me because tbag is beneath me but you know it will happen.

Edit: The occasional tbaging I see I just feel sorry for the fool since life must be rough if that is their sense of accomplishment. I figure anyone that gets worked up about being tbaged should probably avoid pvp in any game.

Build a large community spanning multiple guilds including trading, PvP and PvE. Spread your ideals and make it a community that is respected and people want to be part of. Exclude people that do not follow these ideals. There is no way to make toxicity completely disappear, but you can have a large impact on the community if you just want to. Just look of the impact /r/wholesomememes had on reddit. You can randomly find really nice comments everywhere and people make it their mission to spread positive vibes. It's certainly not impossible, but it does require work.

Fighting toxicity with toxicity is just silly.

Plus, hunting players down to "teach them a lesson" likely won't make people NICER.

Simpler solution: Whenever someone does/says something you feel is against the TOS, put a bounty on them send a report to ZOS with the appropriate documentation. ZOS will deal with it if necessary.

If it isn't against the TOS, deal with it. Or pay back isults with courtesy or silence. Or get good, and give back in kind, depending on your temperament.

Hiring someone else to go hunt for this one person in Cyrodiil or IC, when that person has honestly probably logged out is a hilarious, I'll-conceived idea and ublikely to have the stated desired effect.

Does said toxic player's behaviour go against the TOS? If YES, report to ZOS and move on. If NO, then learn to shrug it off and move on.

Honestly, people have behaved badly since the dawn of time, and the anonymity afforded by virtue of being online magnifies it. Nothing is going to stop someone who wants to be a jerk, from being a jerk. Retaliation only serves to validate the bad behaviour, because they're doing it to get a reaction. So, rob them of the opportunity to get that validation and don't let them live rent free in your head. Play the way you want to...model the behaviour you want to see.

Good luck, but half the toxicity is from developers inability to fix anything and poor structural design.
Pvp in eso is dead, buried and gone. They tried their hardest to copy other games (which are still going strong) but failed.

To remove the toxicity, zenimax needs to add content, and they havent added that for 4 years so dont hold your breath
