Do you have any issue (performance) problems with ESO - FPS/Lags?

Yes - they need to improve that cpu bottleneck
I have a high end fully water cooled and overclocked 1080ti build with a ryzen 2700x, 16gb ram, 144hz monitor + Decent connection, my ping is usually around 50-80. So you would assume that i should have zero issues ever... well, for the most part the game runs fine (i dont pvp so no comment on that), However, anyone who has eyes and actually is a gaming enthusiast etc.. would say eso is horribly optimized. Craglorn is often a flickery mess, there are random fps drops even in quiet zones, even with great ping bar swapping gets muddled sometimes. Trials cause fps to fluctuate wildly, albeit i have no issue, but it is still funny to see my fps cap dip to around 50-60. (i have tried this with an intel-8700k build too and the results are pretty much the same. Even my I5-8600 +1060 has the same results. In other words having a hefty rig makes zero difference. For a joke i should overclock a single core and park the rest to test results, i think the results will be the same though.

But then again should i expect anything less from a game that is basically optimized for a single core, and at the mercy of its own coding that has obvious layers of issues? So i doubt we will see dx12 being implemented anytime soon considering a lot of AAA titles have been slow to get off the quad core standard and show some love for 6-8cores.
