The weird thing is that stamina uses more invis then magicka. This needs to be changed.

I play several stam and mag toons in pvp and one is a magblade. Yes cloak is frustrating when I’m on my stamDK but that’s part of the game.

They nerf cloak I will be done with this game. Magblades just got nerfs. Nothing about the class is broken.

as it was much more for just ganker and here is point - he had goold only opening while really glass cannon - yo could kill you fast and hide and run away but that was all and for just single target and if he failed thenm he ailed and run away or when you prevented him to go into cloak - you was able to jsut 1shot him like he you from hide but you dont needed ganking to 1shot him

as for now we have really annyoing tankly stamblades with worse cancer builds and doing open fight better than classes without cloak - this is main problem with this class imo

They're completely different and used in different ways, so I don't think this makes any sense at all. It would completely destroy cloak to the point where it would hardly ever be used.

There are so many counters to cloak, it's absurd. In addition to multiple hard counters with lockouts, every AE breaks cloak, and AvA frequently features AE spam everywhere including extremely popular meta stam builds that use steel tornado.

Cloak is fine.

There are so many counters to cloak, maybe learn them instead of whining on forums, but going by ZoS and its incessant pandering to whiners, I am sure that everything that kills you will be nerfed, cos God forbid that you actually adapt and not whine.

It's funny how people keep saying this. I know how to time cloak so I almost never get damaged from any skill in the game, including AoEs. Face it, that "i-frame" on it is broken and OP.

It's funny how anyone, including the dev team, can support that frame on cloak and invis pot. Give me an i-frame on every other class and I'll stop complaining about cloak. I'll guarantee the forums will explode with complaints though, esp. from NBs...

It’s not the cloak I have an issue with so much, it’s the fight resets, then restarting from stealth with so many advantages attached to class skills. Plenty of good NBs can fight very well without clutching on cloak.

I don't even know what else to say, it's just pathetically disgusting.

Edit: My opinion (because i know y'all care too much about it) is ZOS should stop giving a single sh*t about what only one class players think.

Almost all classes can reset fights. That's what good players do.
Breath of life can reset a fight.
Streak can reset a fight.
Dragons Blood can reset a fight.
Hell, some sets can help reset a fight. Reactive and Robes of the Hist on a templar is crazy at resetting fights.

Is everyone's goal to just nerf this game into the ground? Has this community learned nothing from the sorc changes?

Nerf sorc...nerf dk wings...nerf master bow...nerf cloak...y'all make me sick...

But it's not a game balanced around 1v1, especially AvA. For actual duels, rules can be and are often set.

If you're not talking about 1v1s, hunting cloaked and stealth characters has always been part of ESO AvA gameplay and something that I enjoy regardless of which class I play. I think the risk of being ganked makes PVP much more entertaining.

Plus it's not really crutching on cloak. It's an AvA playstyle. Sometimes I run brawler/skirmisher builds that are decent for 1v1, but I also like to use hit and run builds and have done so on Warden and DK as well.

The magblade builds I've been experimenting with lately are super squishy and designed to reset constantly. Not because I'm crutching, but because that's the style I feel like playing right now -- hit and run, weaving in and out of combat; which is what I think ZOS has said their vision for the NB class is.

Rather they not hit NBs ability to cloak. I'd just rather stealth in general did not boost damage. Even if just on ranged attacks. Can counter cloak, but not if they are 40m away

Its worst idea and will only damage cloak. As AOE already big counter for cloak along with detect pots.

I play every class, by no means am I NEAR the 1% elite but I do have some experience pve and PvP. Having just made a stamina nb I now have one of every class/spec, though I'm not too invested in it yet at lvl 16. One thing I never understood was people calling for "the streak treatment". Might as well call for "the streak treatment" on all shields. It would be a closer comparison. When sorcerers get to pay more for spamming shields, then add the "treatment" for nb invisibility. Yes, I play a sorcerer, no I don't want shields nerfed more (especially in pve) But to me it's asking for the same thing. Just my opinion of course.
