So, our dialog with support member started like moth ago. The first emails were 11.09.2018. None of recomendations helped, but thanks to them I had to pay master for coming and so as had to take some vacation days on work and at studies. And I literally did all then I was asked to, reinstalling game, steam, changing security settings, and so on...
Then, after nothing helped, another support member continued writing to me, but, same story... so there was up to fourth support mebmer. He asked me to send msinfo32 file... after that short reply

and this was the last one, no further information, no answers for 2 questions I was asking after...just ignoring me. Of cource 2 week maybe not that much, but really, in summary, I can't play for a month!
