Frankly, I think they are doing the back to back events like this for year end, to PAD their "active" user numbers for year end reporting to their investors.
Far too many characters to list any more.

I find that not only is the frequency of events getting high, but that daily timers and rarity of items needed for achievements / rewards forces you onto a repetitive schedule if you want to get to those achievements / rewards.

If you compare New Life this year versus last, you could complete just about everything in the first day and pick up missing motif pages /recipes relatively cheaply as the drops rates were pretty good. This year you had tickets once per day trying to push for repetition and charity writs with a very low drop rate and high number required for the achievement.

For every person that feels overwhelmed or burned out by events, there are probably slews more who either don't care or enjoy having stuff to do. Not saying either side is right or wrong, as burnout is 100% subjective and everyone will be different when it comes to that.

The important thing to remember is you don't have to take part every day of every event. If you want to, then you need to accept that's your personal decision, not on ZOS. They're putting content in the game for everyone; it would be like someone saying they're getting burned out on DLCs or Chapters that get released. If you don't want to play the content, don't feel like you have to. And if you do want to, but find yourself getting tired, bored, or burned out, then pace yourself and skip a few days here and there, or maybe even whole events.

Just because something is there doesn't mean you have to take part in it. If you look at events as the same as other content like trials, dungeons, and so on, it becomes easier to distance yourself from it a bit. The only difference is event content is timed. I farmed the heck out of the Witches Festival for those sweet sweet Dremora chapters, but now look how cheap most of them are. Even though the events are timed, the items that come from them will generally flood the markets anyways after a time. Look at what happened with the Stonefire Scamp runeboxes, those things were selling for buttloads of gold during the event until closer to the end. Now I'm sitting one three and they're not even worth 4k each (I figure I'll hold on to them until the next IC event, when they'll inevitably shoot back up in price). Look at the runeboxes we get from New Life, none of them are worth anything these days because they're the same loot we've gotten from that event for a few years now, and there are droves of them available. If you're farming events because you want the bonus goodies, for most of them (other than the Undaunted one really) you don't have to worry about missing out because those extras are likely either already available for cheap (Hollowjack and Skinchanger motifs and now most of the Dremora chapters) or will fall in price relatively quickly.

And in terms of getting the tickets for Indrik stuff, you only need to do one quest objective per day to get your tickets.

tl;dr Pace yourself and only do content you actually enjoy and like doing. Don't feel like you absolutely have to grind for hours a day for the duration of each and every event; just because content is there doesn't mean you're forced into playing it. Don't stress yourself and lose focus of the things you find fun in favor of things that feel grindy. The only daily I do every single day is crafting writs on my crafter and the event stuff that I feel like doing during any given event. except for the anniversary event in which I do crafting writs on ALL my characters every day for two straight weeks because give me those motif chapters and mats yes
