Need in game notifications that maintenance has been scheduled...not just minutes before shut down

No, it's not. There are no pop ups on the 64 bit launcher.
These forums are the worst I've ever read for being unhelpful and troll infested. No reasonable person who is not addicted to ESO would waste their time reading these forums.
It is TOTALLY REASONABLE to expecct an in game system of notifications. If they can do it for crown store BS, they can do it for information that is relevant too.
