The first is one I want but don’t expect to see. I really want a chapter similar to Oblivion, where we enter that realm and have to fight tons of Daedra. That game was amazing, it felt like a real war and I’d love to feel something similar to that again with it’s own unique story line. Doesn’t have to be specifically closing Oblivion gates but something to do with Oblivion and Mehrunes Dagon would be awesome. But this would probably come in a dungeon dlc or a small zone like Murkmire.
Elysweyr would definitely be my second. I would love to see that zone and i don’t want it to be anything less than a chapter or it would be a waste IMO.
My third, I don’t know but apparently we’ve got datamined things from Riverwood and Whiterun, so I’m going to guess somewhere in Skyrim, maybe like the western areas like those mentioned, marcarth and solitude would be cool to see.
Everyone keeps insisting that the next chapter automatically "should" be a DC area (which basically means Hammerfell at this point) simply because AD and EP had chapters. However, they seem to be forgetting about Wrothgar, which may not have been called a chapter but was pretty close in size to one. Also, One Tamriel basically makes alliance a moot point outside of PvP, so I at least care much less about alliances getting equal representation than I do about under-represented regions getting more attention.
I feel like we need Elsweyr, Skyrim and PVE portions of Cyrodill far more than we need more already-way-over-represented Hammerfell.
I get that they left a lot of Skyrim out initially because it was the last big TES game and they perhaps assumed that people wanted to see other parts of Tamriel more. They were correct in doing so, but it's been long enough now that people are getting nostalgic for Skyrim and it's about time they added more of that to ESO.
