cannot log into support

I tried to log into support with my steam login details but it did not work. I already filled in the account recovery form to recover my account but I already forgot the answer for my secret question and the date of eso account creation. Is it still possible to recover my account (the one used for support sign-in)? I need to write to eso support because I purchased the Summerset Collector's Upgrade item but I cannot travel to Summerset and all Summerset items / collectibles are missing from my account.
