Can/Where Should I Put a Promotion of a Free Discord Bot?

So I made a discord bot for myself that organizes trial sign ups. If I want to share that with others for their discords, where do I go to advertise this? It says I am allowed to promote activities and content pertaining to guilds and such but it does not say where its allowed or where it should go... Or am I being dumb and I can just put it anywhere.
