You continue to suffer from two issues:
1. Low frequency rumble from people moving their mics around while moving or bumping them.
2. Occasional digital clipping from exceeding 0 dBFS... its very harsh.
How to fix:
1. Make sure to run all microphones through some sort of mixer with EQ controls before feeding the audio into your A/D converter.
2. On that mixer, “roll off” all frequencies below 80 Hz with a high-pass filter or low-frequency EQ control, preferably on a per-channel basis. You might need to roll off below 100 Hz or even 120 Hz on problematic channels.
3. Clip the microphone cables so that there is slack between the microphones and the clips so that the microphone does not get tugged at every time someone moves.
4. Make sure you stage your audio gain properly so that you are closer to -20 dBFS rather than constantly bumping up against the hard limit of 0 dBFS. You should never be clipping. If you are set up properly, you should be able to add make-up gain in the digital realm, but only do so if you have a good peak limiter and don't raise signal levels too much or it will distort.
If you need clarification or more detailed explanations, I am happy to help.
