Waiting for Agent

Heya,

Earlier this week I posted ticket to support. Status of my ticket is still "Waiting for Agent". Only answer I have got so far was automated message telling me that support was closed when I sent the message and also there was text saying that goal for answers is 6 business hours.

How long it usually takes to get answer from Support? My ticket was just a small question so shouldnt take long to answer : )
