Sheild cast time bug

Xbox NA - Shield cast time bug
When casting one of the sheilds that had cast time and then was reverted, can cast and get into the cast animation but be in an infinite cast time and remain with the "gonna take a d" position on hardened ward and the "pose with a j in hand" position on harness magicka. You can only roll dodge or be interrupted out of it from what we can tell.
