11 Days of being unable to login.

Out of my 15 character slots I cannot login 9 of my characters. I reported it to customer service and they tried porting them around a few times back in October and finally gave up on it altogether on October 31st. On that date tech support said they would have to escalate the matter.

I never heard anything back.

I have messaged back twice asking for some kind of update.

I can play some of my toons but the majority of them will not load.

Status update? Help?

    Porting around won't help at all, I've purposely left one of my chars in Davon's Watch and another one in the wilderness... makes no diffs at all.

    And theres no point enjoying the game, because if you won't get kicked randomly, you'll get kicked to the login screen at the next time you use a Wayshrine 99% of the time. To play this game at the moment is a waste of time.

    Its even a bigger waste of time asking for a status update / help, because you'll just get the standard robot answer of "its your PC / its your router / its your ISP". etc. ( when every other online/mmo game works just fine. )

    Join the club. After a week of back and forth with support repeatedly telling me to power cycle my router and ignoring the trace routes I sent, they said they would escalate it. That was five days ago. Haven’t heard a thing since, no reply to any emails.
    If I miss out on the murkmire daily login unlock because of this I’m done.

    I can log in my main toon every time. 9 of my characters it is like they don't even exist. I lost the entirety of the leveling event., I'm missing my daily writs, etc. I have gear on some of them I cannot access at all. It feels great playing gimped.

    My campaign is getting ready to end and I cannot log them to earn my AP tiers for the rewards.

    Please restore my characters to the database? All I am hearing back is a fat nothing.

    Wow, that would be so frustrating.

    Then again, I might enjoy the game more if I stayed off my alts.
