11 Days of being unable to login.
Out of my 15 character slots I cannot login 9 of my characters. I reported it to customer service and they tried porting them around a few times back in October and finally gave up on it altogether on October 31st. On that date tech support said they would have to escalate the matter.
I never heard anything back.
I have messaged back twice asking for some kind of update.
I can play some of my toons but the majority of them will not load.
Status update? Help?
