Yes. Title is not a joke.
And ESO should not be an arcade game, depending of player's jumping abilities.
I mean skyshard in Murkmire, south of Dominus Fatum, locating at sharp, tiny peak of the rock, unnaccessible from below. Player needs to jump down correctly.
Maybe it's funny for someone 20 years old, esperienced in arcade games. For me, over 50 old guy with slow fingers, is not fun trying time after time and repeatedly fall down to water. And go around to try again and again. With first alt I've done it accidentally maybe at 10th attempt. And I have 14 chars more. Need this skyshard to be done at each of them, as I need skillpoints
I never understood the doing the same thing on 14 alts style of playing. I’m like get the absolute minimum skill points and then go fight.
I did this one last night and I roll-dodged right over the edge. I was trying to make baby steps but hit the "W" key too fast. Fun times.
Edit: Also - at least it's possible to get to all the shards. Imagine a fun little Easter egg where 1 odd shard (i.e. an extra one) was inaccessible and was placed there to torment players. Oh, ZOS - you so funny.

I would disable the double tap roll dodge and bind it to one button
And there was one Skyshard where you HAD to complete the entire Reaper's March story. They eventually changed it at some point to just be sitting on a nearby rock
