totally agree, solo and smallscale should be rewarded alot more in the game
What is actually going on with enchants?
I read that both bars fire now. So, if I have a fire enchant on my back bar and shock on the front, when I hit do they both fire off and give fire AND shock damage at the same time?
Pretty sure there'll be some kind of balance pass on this in the future.
Until then either find a counter as best you can, or join in on the FOTM.

All weapon dots proc them, off cooldown and since dual wield gets 2, all you need to do is hit someone with blood craze and they will have the skill and both enchantments procing on them, off cooldown.

Three of them if you hit them with a back bar dot first, since even after barswap the dot ticks will keep proccing it.

So it's not the light and heavy attacks, it's skills?
That all sounds wrong anyway, surely the only time the enchant on a weapon should fire is when you hit someone with that actual weapon.
But then again, if they can do it to you, you can do it to them, so it kind of balances out somewhere along the line.
*off to add some nasty enchants to my weapons

Well magicka weapons do not have two enchants and heal staffs do not deal damage through skills. Basically magicka weapons are worse through this change than stamina weapons. Which results in an imbalance between magicka and stamina characters, since magicka characters can not make use of the same benefits stamina has. Or tell a Magsorc to use rending slashes
In general, just because everyone can use it, does not mean it is balanced.
Just trolling
Well Magplar main, so git gud and purge :P

Torug's Pact need a nerf. Maybe change it to give 2000 penetration debuff on taunting, which will not affect PvE tanking. Everything else also nerfs PvE.
