If you receive an error that tells you that you have entered the wrong access code, please ensure that the code you enter is exactly as it is in the e-mail. The code is not only case sensitive, but also sensitive to spaces. Please check for and delete any spaces before and after the code.
In addition, a generated code is only valid for 24 hours after you receive the confirmation e-mail. You may wish to delete all previous access code e-mails, then obtain a new one to ensure you receive a current code.

@ZOS_BillE I am still unable to log in since it keeps giving me the error. I have tried copying the code directly from the email as well as typing it by hand, and neither of those methods have worked.
