I'm not sure if it only happened to me or not, but I've encounterd so many times that I can't find the last quest object. I've tried teleport to another location, re-enter the delve and even relog. All of these can't even fixed it. The only solution is abandoned quest and go get the quest again. It's like a kinder egg, you'll never know what you'll get/missing in that delve.
Btw, rewards from dailies coffer sometimes will granted level 1 armor.
Eidt: Ok, now I'm certainly sure these dailies are bugged, I met another player doing same daily quest (the weight of words) and can't find the last void fragment like me. That being said, another daily quests (tools of slaughter) in the same delve is bugged as well.
Just a quick update, even you abandon quest, you still have a chance get the same bugged quest that won't spawned quest object again.

3 times happened to me too. Sometimes I can find all objects, but sometimes last one is missing. Thanks for wasting our time, zenimax.0 -

Weight of Words cant find the void fragment, another person whispered me to say the same. The item is not visible.
Old Scrolls The second scroll in the south west corner of the delve is not visible.

Happened to me today 2 more times. I'm really pissed of this nonsense. We had 3 maintenances this week and nothing changes. Zenimax care only for crown store and sometimes for login issues. That's all. Welcome to the elder bugs online!
Guys, I have something in mind. Try to go with a friend in these delve quests. If some of you has a bug, leave the quest and ask your friend to share the quest. That will probably work after few shares and you don't need allways to go and pick the quest.0 -

NOT able to 'collect' the last item of any multiple item requirement. I have tried various things to fix this, left the delve and returned, logged out and back in the game etc to no avail.Edited by Eldartar on October 27, 2018 12:12PM0 -
