Piercing Mark broken

Piercing Mark looks to be bugged when used as a combo with Lethal Arrow and doesn't seem to apply major fracture,as the damage to the target is the same whether the ability is used or not.

Haven't tested with other abilities,but Lethal Arrow works fine by itself.

    We noticed that there was counterplay to Cloak. Well we like NB's and Assassin's Creed, so get hosed nerds! Don't get uppity or we'll nerf your speed again! You just gotta sit there like a dope and get murdered by my 1337 assassin skillz!

    Yes,noticed this as well.

    Hopefully a quicker fix than the defile bug. :/
