Hi Everyone,
This topic listed above needs looked at in terms of PVP (mainly) and PVE balance.
PVP
Right now the majority of people are in Heavy Armor, mostly due to the most common heavy armor sets out there. For example fury, seventh, truth, rattlecage, etc, etc. reason people in heavy armor is because it provides better survivability, sustain, healing and better resistances.
Medium armor therefore has in terms of sets bone pirate (mainly used), spriggans, gryphons (kinda?) this armor type has less resistance than heavy, less sustain (heavy IMO gets more sustain with heavy attacking than flat out sustain), certainly has *** healing compared to heavy. With the new changes to shuffle providing the aoe reduction might help medium be more survivable. (Might make up for mediums lack of resistance)
I propose the following changes that could be possibly implemented.
1. Increase the stam recovery / cost reduction percentage per medium armor piece equiped (ditto for light armor as well) this will fix the sustain balanc between heavy and medium/light.
2. Increase the % of medium armor (I think is currently 12%) maybe increase this to 18%. (Might not have to nerf the heavy set (fury) if this passive got a increase. As for light maybe increase the amount of spell pen.
Thanks
