quest Throne of the Wilderking wont end

I finished quest Throne of the Wilderking. received skill point and sword. I Was supposed to get further dialogue where she ends up sending me to next quest. I'm supposed to say yes when she says "Would you still make such a request to me now?", but only option i get is 'goodbye'. So quest doesn't end, she doesn't make portal. I cant go to next quest, woodhearth. I tried going to starting point of next quest to trigger it, but npc that gives it isnt there. Please help i cant progress now.

Ok I figured out what happened. I had already completed a few quests out of order.
